Situation

Trainiac was presenting its brand as something very mechanical and 'cold', a far cry from the more empathetic soul of a business that connects people with their potential. Using bespoke game design and picture-based formats, they deliver new formats for learning for all involved in any organization; in short, they inspire to get the best out of a business's people, so that the business benefits and tangible growth results.

Solution

The benefit was immediate for Trainiac, with a new identity that visually speaks directly to the people side of their offer, with a stylized capital T rotated and reaching up for a star, symbolic of the quest for knowledge. Along with a refined and more balance typographic word mark, and re-energized colour palette, the agency was confidently able to infuse its own culture with a new sense of belief and belonging.
